【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著對(duì)惡性腫瘤發(fā)病機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展加速,新方法增多,對(duì)腫瘤標(biāo)本的需求量也越來(lái)越大,建立相應(yīng)的腫瘤組織庫(kù)(tumor tissue bank,TTB)勢(shì)在必行。作為腫瘤標(biāo)本的重要組成部分,高質(zhì)量的石蠟標(biāo)本具有珍貴的生物研究?jī)r(jià)值。與病理診斷不同,TTB的石蠟標(biāo)本更注重其核酸和蛋白的質(zhì)量控制。全文結(jié)合實(shí)際對(duì)TTB的石蠟標(biāo)本制備和保存過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,在傳統(tǒng)方法的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),減少其DNA、RNA和蛋白質(zhì)量的下降。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the rapid development of the pathogenesis of malignant tumor , the new method has increased , the demand for tumor specimen is increasing and the corresponding tumor tissue bank ( TTB ) is required . As an important part of tumor specimen , the paraffin specimen of high quality has valuable biological research value . In contrast to the pathological diagnosis , the paraffin specimen of TTB is more focused on the quality control of its nucleic acid and protein .
