【摘要】： 為了證明韁核(Hb)參與了松果體(PG)內(nèi)褪黑素(MT)水平的調(diào)節(jié),分別損毀全Hb、內(nèi)側(cè)韁核(MHb)和外側(cè)韁核(LHb),測量正常睡眠及睡眠剝奪情況下PG內(nèi)MT含量的變化。結(jié)果:正常睡眠條件下,與對照組相比,全Hb及MHb損毀組大鼠PG中MT水平降低,LHb損毀組大鼠PG中MT水平增加;睡眠剝奪條件下,大鼠PG內(nèi)MT含量明顯降低,全Hb及MHb損毀組大鼠PG內(nèi)MT水平與未損毀組相比無明顯變化,LHb損毀組大鼠PG中MT水平增加。實驗結(jié)果證明,Hb能調(diào)節(jié)PG內(nèi)MT的分泌,MHb能興奮PG內(nèi)的MT分泌細(xì)胞,使MT的合成和分泌增加,LHb的作用則相反;全Hb損毀可導(dǎo)致機體發(fā)生睡眠剝奪樣改變;在睡眠剝奪狀態(tài)下LHb對PG內(nèi)MT的合成及分泌的抑制作用更加突出。
[Abstract]:In order to prove that Hb in habenular nucleus was involved in the regulation of melatonin (MTB) level in PGs of pineal gland, it damaged all HB, MHb in medial habenular nucleus and LHb in lateral habenular nucleus, respectively. Results: under normal sleep condition, the MT level of PG in the whole HB and MHb damaged group was lower than that in the control group. The level of MT in PG was increased in LHb lesion group. Under the condition of sleep deprivation, the content of MT in PG of rats decreased significantly, and the MT level in PG of rats with total HB and MHb damage had no significant change compared with that of non-damaged group. The results showed that Hb could regulate the secretion of MT in PG and excite the secretion of MT in PG, and increase the synthesis and secretion of MT. The effect of LHb was opposite. Total HB damage may lead to sleep deprivation-like changes in the body; The inhibitory effect of LHb on the synthesis and secretion of MT in PG was more prominent under sleep deprivation.
