【摘要】： 隨著生活方式和飲食結構的改變,代謝綜合征的發(fā)病率日益增高。代謝綜合征是一種以肥胖、胰島素抵抗及脂質代謝紊亂等為特征的疾病,其在肝臟的表現(xiàn)為非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease,NAFLD)。NAFLD主要包括單純性脂肪肝、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepaitis,NASH)、以及肝硬化三個階段,其中NASH是NAFLD發(fā)展過程中的關鍵階段。對NASH的發(fā)病機制和防治措施的研究已經成為NAFLD研究的焦點。代謝綜合征發(fā)病機制復雜且受多種因素調控,多需要長期的藥物治療,因此從天然產物中尋找療效肯定、毒副作用小的預防和治療代謝綜合征的藥物顯得尤其重要�；趯Υx綜合征的上述兩方面的研究現(xiàn)狀了解及關注,本文論文內容主要分為“代謝綜合征合并非酒精性脂肪肝炎小鼠模型的建立”和“銀杏葉提取物治療代謝綜合征作用及其機制的探討”兩個部分。
[Abstract]:With the way of life and the change of diet structure, the incidence of metabolic syndrome increased. Metabolic syndrome is a disease with obesity, insulin resistance and lipid metabolism disorder characterized by the liver for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease, NAFLD.NAFLD) includes simple fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (non-alcoholic steatohepaitis, NASH), and liver cirrhosis in three stages, in which NASH is the key stage in the development of NAFLD. The research of pathogenesis and prevention and control measures for NASH has become the focus of NAFLD research. The pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome is complex and regulated by a variety of factors, many need long-term drug treatment, therefore from natural products for curative effect, little side effect in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome drugs are particularly important. Based on metabolic syndrome The above two aspects of understanding and attention are concerned. The contents of this paper are mainly divided into two parts: "metabolic syndrome is not the establishment of a mouse model of alcoholic steatohepatitis," and "Ginkgo biloba extract treatment of the role of metabolic syndrome and its mechanism".
