目的：本對119例經顯微手術治療的聽神經瘤（VS）患者進行回顧性分析及術后隨訪,評估面神經F波各項電生理參數與面神經功能障礙的關系,同時一并分析面神經功能與腫瘤大小,內聽道直徑（IAM）,術后局部出血以及術前、術中、術后面神經F波參數的關系。方法資料：對中南大學湘雅醫(yī)院顱底外科中心自2011年7月至2012年10月間由袁賢瑞教授主刀的119例聽神經瘤病例進行回顧分析,所有病例均經枕下乙狀竇后內聽道入路切除腫瘤。所有患者術前均完善顱底HRCT及顱腦平掃增強MRI檢查,并在術前,術中及術后進行面神經F波電生理評測。術中詳細記錄了聽神經瘤的大小和類型以及腫瘤與面神經的關系。多數患者接受手術治療后存在面神經功能障礙。以House-Brackmann （HB）面神經功能分級作為面神經功能評價指標。對所有病例術后過15天,3個月,6個月,9個月和1年的時段定期進行隨訪,觀察腫瘤是否復發(fā),術后面神經癱瘓程度及面部F波的評估。結果119例患者中,1例屬于復發(fā)再次手術病例,術前HB分級為Ⅳ級。而且該患者術前、術中F波檢測沒有波形,因此排除,118例納入統計分析。在這118例患者中,2（1.69%）例屬于...
