【摘要】：正原發(fā)性進行性失語癥(primary progressive aphsia,PPA),屬額顳葉變性(frontotem poral lobe degeneration,FTLD)的一種類型,又稱語言變異性FTLD。PPA的臨床診斷必須具備早期出現(xiàn)顯著的語言障礙,突出表現(xiàn)為語言清晰度、語言生成、命名、語法和詞語理解障礙,起病隱匿并進行性加重。隨著病情進展逐漸累及其他領域的認知功能~([1])。PPA作為特殊類型的認知功能障礙,為罕見疾病,起病隱
[Abstract]:Primary progressive aphasia (primary progressive aphsia,PPA), a type of frontotemporal degenerative (frontotem poral lobe degeneration,FTLD). The clinical diagnosis of language variant FTLD.PPA must have significant language disorders in the early stage, which are characterized by language clarity, language generation, naming, grammar and word understanding disorders, concealment and progressive aggravation of the disease. With the progress of the disease, it gradually involves the cognitive function in other fields. PPA, as a special type of cognitive dysfunction, is a rare disease with hidden onset.
