原發(fā)性全面強直陣攣患者腦網(wǎng)絡的相繼故障算法研究

【摘要】:目的:利用復雜網(wǎng)絡相繼故障算法探究癲癇病患者功能上的變化。方法:對15例GTCS患者與15例年齡相仿正常志愿者f MRI數(shù)據(jù)進行建模,依據(jù)相繼故障算法對重要節(jié)點進行攻擊,探討癲癇病患者功能上的改變。結(jié)果:與正常對照組相比,癲癇病患者功能上發(fā)生了變化,在對重要節(jié)點攻擊時相繼故障較正常對照組的規(guī)模更大,而對非重要節(jié)點攻擊時,較正常對照組魯棒性更強。結(jié)論:癲癇病患者腦區(qū)功能發(fā)生了異常。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the functional changes of epileptic patients by using complex network sequential fault algorithm. Methods: the f MRI data of 15 patients with GTCS and 15 volunteers of similar age were modeled. According to the successive fault algorithm, the important nodes were attacked, and the functional changes of epileptic patients were discussed. Results: compared with the normal control group, the function of epileptic patients changed. The scale of successive failures against important nodes was larger than that of the normal control group, but the robustness of the epileptic patients was stronger than that of the normal control group when attacking non-important nodes. Conclusion: the brain function of epileptic patients is abnormal.
