【摘要】：Apelin是孤兒G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體-血管緊張素受體樣蛋白J受體的內(nèi)源性配體,其前蛋白是由X染色體編碼的77個(gè)氨基酸組成的多肽。Apelin/apelin受體系統(tǒng)在體內(nèi)分布廣泛,參與多種生理病理機(jī)制的調(diào)節(jié)。已經(jīng)證明血清apelin與多種疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展相關(guān),包括心血管疾病、肺動(dòng)脈高壓、腎臟疾病、腫瘤和內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)疾病等。目前apelin在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)研究亦逐漸展開。該文以apelin為主線,總結(jié)了apelin在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的分布及其病理生理作用,同時(shí)闡述apelin在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)疾病發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的作用。
[Abstract]:Apelin is an intrinsic ligand of orphan G protein-coupled receptor-angiotensin receptor-like protein J receptor. Its proprotein is a polypeptide composed of 77 amino acids encoded by X chromosome. Apelin / apelin receptor system is widely distributed in vivo and is involved in the regulation of various physiological and pathological mechanisms. It has been proved that serum apelin is related to the occurrence and development of many diseases, including cardiovascular disease, pulmonary hypertension, kidney disease, tumor and endocrine system disease. At present, the study of apelin in nervous system is also gradually carried out. Taking apelin as the main line, this paper summarizes the distribution and pathophysiological role of apelin in nervous system, and expounds the role of apelin in the occurrence and development of nervous system related diseases.
