【摘要】：目的觀察作業(yè)療法結合家庭環(huán)境改造對腦卒中患者日常生活活動能力及負性情緒的影響。方法按隨機數(shù)字表將120例腦卒中患者分成觀察組60例和對照組60例。對照組給予腦卒中二級預防治療干預,觀察組在對照組基礎上落實家庭環(huán)境改造,同時給予為期3個月的作業(yè)療法干預。在患者出院入社區(qū)時,入社區(qū)1個月、2個月、3個月,分別進行改良Barthel指數(shù)和Frenchay活動指數(shù)量表評價兩組患者的日常生活活動能力,采用漢密爾頓抑郁量表評定兩組患者負性情緒。結果兩組患者在進入社區(qū)時改良Barthel指數(shù)評分、Frenchay活動指數(shù)量表評分、漢密爾頓抑郁量表評分比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),入社區(qū)1~3個月時兩組患者的改良Barthel指數(shù)評分、Frenchay活動指數(shù)量表評分、漢密爾頓抑郁量表評分均有不同程度改善,2個月及3個月時觀察組患者Barthel指數(shù)評分良好占比例數(shù)、Frenchay活動指數(shù)量表評分與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義,3個月時觀察組患者漢密爾頓抑郁量評分與對照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論采用作業(yè)療法結合家庭環(huán)境改造可改善腦卒中患者日常生活活動能力和負性情緒。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of occupational therapy combined with family environment transformation on the activity of daily living and negative emotion in stroke patients. Methods 120 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group (n = 60) and control group (n = 60). The control group was treated with secondary prevention and treatment of stroke, the observation group was treated with family environment transformation on the basis of the control group, and the occupational therapy intervention for a period of 3 months was given at the same time. When the patients were discharged into the community, one month, two months and three months into the community, the modified Barthel index and Frenchay activity index scale were used to evaluate the activity of daily living of the two groups, and the Hamilton depression scale was used to evaluate the negative emotion of the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in improved Barthel index score, Frenchay activity index scale score and Hamilton depression scale score between the two groups when they entered the community (P 0.05). The improved Barthel index score, Frenchay activity index scale score and Hamilton depression scale score of the two groups were improved to some extent when they entered the community. At 2 months and 3 months, the Barthel index score of the observation group was good. The score of Frenchay activity index scale was significantly different from that of the control group, and the Hamilton depression score of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group at 3 months (P 0.05). Conclusion the activity of daily living and negative emotion of stroke patients can be improved by occupational therapy combined with family environment transformation.
