【摘要】：目的觀察瞬目反射(BR)和腦干聽覺誘發(fā)電位(BAEP)在意識障礙患者中的變化特征,探討其對意識障礙患者腦干功能的評估作用。方法 2015年1月至12月,31例意識障礙患者行BR、BAEP檢查,同時進行Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)評分。1個月后進行預(yù)后判斷。結(jié)果 BAEP、BR分級與GCS評分均呈正相關(guān)(r≥0.562,P0.05)。BAEP、BR各級預(yù)后有非常顯著性差異(χ2=9.644,P0.01)。結(jié)論 BAEP、BR檢查方便易行,能敏感地反映腦干功能,并能反映腦干不同傳導(dǎo)通路,兩者聯(lián)合檢查能更加客觀地為預(yù)后評定提供可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of blink reflex (BR) and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in patients with consciousness disorder and to evaluate the function of brainstem.
