【摘要】：目的探討老年腦出血患者血清乙酰肝素酶(HPA)和血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)水平變化情況及其與出血量和出血部位的關(guān)系。方法選擇老年腦出血患者50例作為腦出血組和健康體檢老年人50例作為對(duì)照組,計(jì)算腦出血患者的腦出血量,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)測(cè)定兩組血清HPA和VEGF水平。結(jié)果腦出血組腦出血1 d、腦出血1 w、腦出血2 w血清HPA和VEGF水平均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),腦出血組腦出血1 w、腦出血2 w血清HPA和VEGF水平均顯著高于腦出血1 d(P0.05),腦出血組腦出血2 w血清HPA和VEGF水平均顯著高于腦出血1 w(P0.05)。腦出血量≤15 ml組患者各時(shí)點(diǎn)血清HPA和VEGF水平均顯著低于腦出血15 ml組(P0.05)。丘腦出血組患者各時(shí)點(diǎn)血清HPA和VEGF水平和殼核出血組比較差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。腦出血患者各時(shí)點(diǎn)血清HPA和VEGF水平均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年腦出血患者血清HPA和VEGF水平升高,隨腦出血時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),血清HPA和VEGF水平呈升高趨勢(shì),血清HPA和VEGF水平和腦出血量有關(guān),和腦出血部位無(wú)相關(guān)性,血清HPA和VEGF水平呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of serum heparanase (HPA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) levels in elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 50 elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and 50 healthy controls were selected as the control group. The amount of cerebral hemorrhage was calculated and the serum HPA and VEGF levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results the levels of serum HPA and VEGF in cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those in control group at 1 day, 1 week and 2 weeks after intracerebral hemorrhage (P0.05). The levels of serum HPA and VEGF were significantly higher than that of intracerebral hemorrhage at 2 weeks (P0.05).
