【摘要】：正腦卒中是世界上導致成年人殘疾的首要原因,全世界每年有腦卒中患者1500萬人,其中500萬人永久性殘疾~[1]。上肢功能障礙是腦卒中患者最常見的臨床表現(xiàn)之一,大約有55%—75%的患者在腦卒中后3—6個月遺留上肢功能障礙~[2],給患者及家庭帶來嚴重影響。因此,怎樣促進腦卒中偏癱患者上肢功能恢復、提高其生活質(zhì)量,一直是腦卒中康復技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域的熱點與難點。本文采用神經(jīng)松動術(shù)聯(lián)合簡易上肢功能訓練對腦卒中偏癱患者上肢進行治療,取得良好效
[Abstract]:Stroke is the leading cause of adult disability in the world. There are 15 million stroke patients in the world every year, 5 million of whom have permanent disability. Upper limb dysfunction is one of the most common clinical manifestations in stroke patients. About 55% to 75% of the patients have left the upper limb dysfunction in 3 to 6 months after stroke, which has a serious impact on patients and families. Therefore, how to promote the recovery of upper limb function and improve the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia has always been a hot and difficult point in the field of stroke rehabilitation technology. Nerve loosening combined with simple upper limb function training was used to treat the upper limb of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and good results were obtained.
