【摘要】：目的分析急性腦梗死患者的血清尿酸含量和其頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的關(guān)系。方法選取2014年1月-2015年1月在我院就診的200例急性腦梗死患者,按照患者的影像學(xué)檢測(cè)頸動(dòng)脈斑塊情況分成對(duì)照組(無(wú)斑塊)與研究組(有斑塊),分析患者的血清尿酸含量、肥胖與膽固醇含量同其頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的關(guān)系,將研究組分為不穩(wěn)定組與穩(wěn)定組,比較3組患者的血清尿酸含量。結(jié)果研究組患者的肥胖比例、膽固醇與尿酸含量均比對(duì)照組明顯增加(P0.05),肥胖與血清尿酸含量都屬于頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的影響因素(P0.05),不穩(wěn)定組患者的血清尿酸含量比對(duì)照組與穩(wěn)定組的患者明顯增加,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論急性腦梗死患者的血清尿酸含量和其頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的關(guān)系密切,頸動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化不穩(wěn)定性斑塊患者的血清尿酸含量較高,患者的肥胖、血清尿酸含量與總膽固醇含量屬于動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化斑塊的相關(guān)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between serum uric acid content and carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 200 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into two groups: control group (without plaque) and study group (with plaque). To analyze the relationship between serum uric acid content, obesity and cholesterol content and carotid atherosclerotic plaque, the study group was divided into unstable group and stable group, and the serum uric acid content in three groups was compared. Results the proportion of obesity, cholesterol and uric acid in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Obesity and serum uric acid content were all the influencing factors of carotid atherosclerotic plaque (P0.05). The serum uric acid level in unstable group was significantly higher than that in control group and stable group (P0.05). Conclusion the level of serum uric acid in patients with acute cerebral infarction is closely related to the carotid atherosclerotic plaque, and the serum uric acid content is higher in patients with unstable carotid atherosclerotic plaques. Serum uric acid content and total cholesterol content are related factors of atherosclerotic plaque.
