【摘要】：在生理或病理狀態(tài)下,免疫系統(tǒng)與中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)之間都存在著密切的交流。多種免疫細(xì)胞及其相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子可通過某些途徑進(jìn)入大腦,對神經(jīng)細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生多種神經(jīng)生物學(xué)作用,進(jìn)而引起認(rèn)知、情感、社會行為等多個方面的神經(jīng)行為學(xué)改變。本文回顧了幾種重要的免疫細(xì)胞及細(xì)胞因子對神經(jīng)行為學(xué)的影響,闡明其神經(jīng)免疫學(xué)機(jī)制,為預(yù)防急慢性炎癥性疾病導(dǎo)致的神經(jīng)行為學(xué)異常提供預(yù)警。
[Abstract]:There is close communication between the immune system and the central nervous system in physiological or pathological state. Many kinds of immune cells and their related cytokines can enter the brain through some ways, which can produce many neurobiological effects on nerve cells, and then cause neurobehavioral changes in many aspects, such as cognition, emotion, social behavior and so on. In this paper, the effects of several important immune cells and cytokines on neurobehavioral science are reviewed, and the neuroimmunological mechanism is clarified, which provides a warning for the prevention of neurobehavioral abnormalities caused by acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.
