老年腦梗死患者外周血調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞水平及其與缺血性腦損傷和頸動脈粥樣硬化嚴(yán)重程度的相關(guān)性
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the level of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of elderly patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (ACI) and its correlation with ischemic brain injury and severity of carotid atherosclerosis. Methods 120 elderly patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were selected as infarct group and 120 healthy subjects as control group. According to the time of infarction, the infarct group was divided into three groups: one day, three days and seven days, according to the degree of neurological impairment, they were divided into three groups: mild group, moderate group and severe group, small infarction group, middle infarction group and large infarction group according to the size of infarct. According to the degree of carotid atherosclerosis, carotid intima thickening group, carotid plaque group, carotid stenosis group. The percentage of CD4~ CD25~ regulatory T cells and the contents of leukocytes and neutrophils in peripheral blood were measured. Results the level of regulatory T cells in the infarct group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The level of peripheral blood regulatory T cells in the infarction group was significantly lower than that in the control group on day 1 (P0.05), but there was no difference between the infarction group and the control group on the 3rd day (P0.05). The leukocytes in the infarction group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in neutrophils between the infarct group and the control group (P0.05), but there was no difference between the infarct group and the control group on the 7th day (P0.05). The level of peripheral blood regulatory T cells in severe group was lower than that in mild group and moderate group (P0.05), and the level of regulatory T cell in moderate group was lower than that in mild group (P0.05). The level of regulatory T cells in large infarction group was higher than that in small infarction group and middle infarct group (P0.05), while the level of regulatory T cell in middle infarct group was lower than that in small infarct group (P0.05). The level of peripheral blood regulatory T cells in carotid artery stenosis group was lower than that in carotid intimal thickening group and carotid plaque group (P0.05), and the level of peripheral blood regulatory T cell in carotid artery plaque group was lower than that in carotid intimal thickening group (P0.05). Conclusion the level of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of aged patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction is lower than that of control T cells in peripheral blood. The level of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood is closely related to ischemic brain injury and carotid atherosclerosis.
