【摘要】：目的:評價藥學(xué)干預(yù)措施對缺血性腦卒中患者二級預(yù)防用藥依從性的影響。方法:將某院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收住的418例缺血性腦卒中患者分為干預(yù)組和對照組,干預(yù)組配備專科臨床藥師,實(shí)施個體化給藥、開展床旁用藥宣教、發(fā)放患者出院用藥指導(dǎo)單,對照組不予干預(yù)。制定二級預(yù)防用藥知識和用藥依從性調(diào)查表,在出院時對2組患者進(jìn)行用藥知識調(diào)查,在出院3個月后對2組患者行電話回訪進(jìn)行用藥依從性調(diào)查。結(jié)果:在二級預(yù)防用藥知識方面,干預(yù)組回答為優(yōu)的比例明顯高于對照組,差異有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。依從性方面干預(yù)組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:臨床藥師對缺血性腦卒中患者進(jìn)行藥學(xué)干預(yù)可以增加患者的用藥知識、提高二級預(yù)防用藥依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on secondary preventive drug compliance in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: 418 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into intervention group and control group. There was no intervention in the control group. The second level preventive drug use knowledge and drug compliance questionnaire were established. The drug knowledge of the two groups was investigated at the time of discharge, and the drug compliance of the two groups was investigated by telephone call 3 months after discharge. Results: in the knowledge of secondary preventive drug use, the proportion of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Compliance in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: pharmacist intervention in ischemic stroke patients can increase the knowledge of drug use and improve the compliance of secondary preventive drug use.
