【摘要】：目的:觀察氟桂利嗪聯(lián)合丹參多酚酸鹽治療急性偏頭痛的療效和安全性。方法:72例急性偏頭痛患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(36例)和觀察組(36例)。在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)照組患者口服鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊,65歲及以下每晚10 mg,每日1次,65歲以上每晚5 mg,每日1次;觀察組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予注射用丹參多酚酸鹽200 mg,靜脈滴注,每日1次。兩組均連續(xù)治療至痊愈或連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效、起效時(shí)間、痊愈時(shí)間,治療前后視覺(jué)模擬疼痛(VAS)評(píng)分、發(fā)作頻率和持續(xù)時(shí)間及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:治療過(guò)程中兩組均無(wú)患者終止、脫落,均完成治療。觀察組患者總有效率(97.22%)顯著高于對(duì)照組(86.11%),起效時(shí)間、痊愈時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者VAS評(píng)分、發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者VAS評(píng)分、發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間均顯著低于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,氟桂利嗪聯(lián)合丹參多酚酸鹽治療急性偏頭痛的療效與安全性均較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of flunarizine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid in the treatment of acute migraine. Methods 72 patients with acute migraine were randomly divided into control group (36 cases) and observation group (36 cases). On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules (10 mg / night) and 5 mg / day (5 mg / day). The patients in the observation group were treated with 200 mg salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid for injection on the basis of treatment in the control group. Both groups were treated continuously until recovery or 2 weeks of continuous treatment. The clinical efficacy, onset time, recovery time, (VAS) score of visual analogue pain, attack frequency, duration and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results: in the course of treatment, no patients in both groups were terminated, abscission and treatment was completed. The total effective rate (97.22%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.11%). The onset time and recovery time were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score, attack frequency and duration between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the VAS score, attack frequency, duration of the two groups were significantly lower than the same group before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: flunarizine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolic acid is effective and safe in the treatment of acute migraine.
