文章摘要：目的：對(duì)神經(jīng)外科氣管切開患者術(shù)后的并發(fā)癥進(jìn)行分析，探討預(yù)防控制策略。方法回顧分析我院368例神經(jīng)外科氣管切開患者，觀察術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。結(jié)果368例神經(jīng)外科氣管切開術(shù)患者中有35例患者出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥，，發(fā)生率為9.51%，其中包括7例切口內(nèi)出血（1.90%），3例氣管內(nèi)出血（0.81%），13例堵管（3.53%），3例氣胸（0.81%），3例縱隔氣腫（0.81%），3例皮下氣腫（0.81%），3例脫管（0.81%）。結(jié)論氣管切開術(shù)為神經(jīng)外科治療常用的輔助措施，手術(shù)過程中如果處理不當(dāng)很容易發(fā)生并發(fā)癥，危及患者生命，因此應(yīng)積極預(yù)防并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生，要求神經(jīng)外科醫(yī)生不僅要有扎實(shí)的外科基本功，還要熟悉頸部的解剖知識(shí)，才能有效減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。

Abstr：Objective To analyzeneurosurgical complications after tracheotomy patients,discussed prevention and control strategies.Methods Retrospective analysis of 368 cases neurosurgery tracheotomy patients in our hospital, the occurrence of postoperative complications and factors observed.Results 368 cases of neurosurgery tracheotomy patients,35 patients had complications,the rate was 9.51%,including 7 cases of incision bleeding （1.90%）,three cases of tracheal bleeding （0.81%）,13 cases of blocked tubes （3.53%）,3 cases of pneumothorax （0.81%）,three cases of mediastinal emphysema （0.81%）, three cases of subcutaneous emphysema （0.81%）,three cases of detached （0.81%）.Conclusion Tracheotomy for neurosurgical treatment of common support measures,if not handled properly during surgery are prone to complications,endangering the lives of patients,and therefore should actively prevent complications,requiring a neurosurgeon not only have a solid Surgery basic skils,but also familiar with the anatomy of the neck,in order to effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
