【摘要】：帕金森病(PD)是以中老年人中常見的中樞神經(jīng)退行性疾病,其病理學(xué)過程復(fù)雜,近來研究認(rèn)為線粒體功能障礙與PD形成密切相關(guān),其原因可能為線粒體基因變異、突變以及核基因突變、變異。本文概述了引起線粒體功能障礙的原因及其與PD形成的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common degenerative disease of central nervous system in middle-aged and old people, and its pathological process is complicated. Recent studies have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction is closely related to the formation of PD, which may be caused by mitochondrial gene variation. Mutation and nuclear gene mutation, mutation. This paper summarizes the causes of mitochondrial dysfunction and its relationship with PD formation.
