[Abstract]:The epileptic seizures caused by focal lesions in the positive brain were mainly characterized by localized motor or sensory seizures, and local spikes or sharp waves were mainly used in EEG ([1]). A patient with right occipital lobe tumor was diagnosed and treated in our hospital in 2009. The patients presented with comprehensive epilepsy and the scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) showed total conductance synchronous discharge. The tumor and surrounding epileptic tissue were resected by operation. The effect of operation was good. The follow-up was 6 years. We report the following 1 cases of children, female 9 years old.
