【摘要】：目的探討B(tài)rain HQ視覺訓(xùn)練對腦卒中患者執(zhí)行功能障礙的康復(fù)效果。方法腦卒中執(zhí)行功能障礙患者72例隨機(jī)分為對照組和干預(yù)組各36例,對照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)康復(fù),干預(yù)組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用Brain HQ視覺訓(xùn)練,每次30 min,5次/w,共4 w。干預(yù)前及干預(yù)4 w后,分別采用執(zhí)行缺陷綜合征行為學(xué)評價(jià)(BADS)進(jìn)行執(zhí)行功能評測。結(jié)果兩組干預(yù)前BADS評分無顯著差異(P0.05),干預(yù)4 w后,干預(yù)組較對照組BADS各項(xiàng)子測驗(yàn)及總標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分均顯著提高(P0.01或P0.05)。結(jié)論 Brain HQ視覺訓(xùn)練可改善腦卒中患者的執(zhí)行功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of brain HQ visual training on executive dysfunction in stroke patients. Methods Seventy-two patients with executive dysfunction of stroke were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 36) and intervention group (n = 36). The control group received routine rehabilitation. The intervention group was given brain HQ visual training for 30 minutes and 5 times per week for 4 ws. Before and 4 weeks after intervention, executive function was evaluated by behavioral evaluation of executive defect syndrome (ADSs). Results there was no significant difference in Bads scores between the two groups before intervention. After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of Bads subtests and total standard scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.01 or P 0.05). Conclusion brain HQ visual training can improve the executive function of stroke patients.
