【摘要】：目的探討腔隙性腦梗死患者血漿同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素(Cys)C的變化及其與認(rèn)知功能的相關(guān)性。方法腔隙性腦梗死患者32例作為觀察組,另選取同期無(wú)心腦血管疾病的社區(qū)健康體檢者32例作為對(duì)照組。分別檢測(cè)兩組血漿Hcy、CysC水平,并根據(jù)蒙特利爾評(píng)估量表(MoCA)評(píng)分結(jié)果將觀察組分為認(rèn)知功能輕度障礙組(20分≤MoCA評(píng)分26分)16例、認(rèn)知功能中度障礙組(15分≤MoCA評(píng)分20分)9例、認(rèn)知功能重度障礙組(MoCA評(píng)分15分)7例。應(yīng)用Spearman相關(guān)性分析患者Hcy、CysC水平與認(rèn)知功能的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果觀察組血漿Hcy、CysC水平顯著高于對(duì)照組。MoCA評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(均P0.05)。隨著患者認(rèn)知功能障礙程度的不斷增加,其血漿Hcy、CysC水平也呈逐漸上升趨勢(shì)(均P0.05)。Spearman相關(guān)性分析顯示,血漿Hcy、CysC與認(rèn)知功能均呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.562,0.593,P=0.015,0.022)。結(jié)論血漿Hcy、CysC與腔隙性腦梗死的發(fā)病密切相關(guān),且與患者認(rèn)知功能障礙呈顯著正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of plasma homocysteine, cystatin, cystatin C and their correlation with cognitive function in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction.
