【摘要】：目的:探索中西醫(yī)結(jié)合加情志調(diào)攝法對(duì)卒中后焦慮抑郁共病患者SAS、SDS評(píng)分的改善作用。方法:收治腦卒中患者120例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組各60例,對(duì)照組給予中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予情志調(diào)攝法治療。結(jié)果:兩組的抑郁平均分?jǐn)?shù)值、焦慮平均分?jǐn)?shù)值差異均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在中西醫(yī)結(jié)合基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)施情志調(diào)攝法,可改善患者卒中后焦慮、抑郁評(píng)分。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM) combined with mood regulating therapy on SASU SDS score in patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression syndromes. Methods: 120 patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and observation group (n = 60). Results: there were significant differences in the mean scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: based on the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, emotion adjustment can improve the scores of anxiety and depression after stroke.
