【摘要】：正脊髓血管母細胞瘤是一種高度血管化的良性腫瘤,首選手術治療,腫瘤全切者可達根治。但是手術中易出現(xiàn)難以控制的出血,造成視野不清,盲目地切瘤和止血容易造成脊髓嚴重損傷。神經外科醫(yī)師一直致力于尋找最安全切除脊髓血管母細胞瘤手術的輔助工具,包括術前數(shù)字減影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)、術前三維CT血管造影(three-dimensional computed tomography
[Abstract]:Orthotopic hemangioblastoma is a highly vascularized benign tumor. Surgical treatment is the first choice. But it is easy to haemorrhage which is difficult to control, resulting in unclear visual field, blind resection of tumor and hemostasis, which can cause severe spinal cord injury.
