【摘要】：目的：探討中老年人雙側頸動脈內(nèi)中膜中層厚度（intima media-thicknes，IMT）的差別及其與吸煙指數(shù)的相關性。 方法：應用整群抽樣法調查山西省呂梁市4個地區(qū)常住居民1818例，并進行問卷調查、體格檢查和彩色多普勒超聲檢查。根據(jù)年齡分為55-59歲組（508例），60-64歲組（476例），65-69歲組（370例），70-74歲組（238例），≥75歲組（226例）。應用多元逐步回歸法對雙側頸動脈IMT的影響因素進行分析。 結果：雙側頸動脈IMT隨年齡的增長而增厚，且左側頸動脈IMT均大于右側。多元逐步回歸分析表明，雙側頸動脈IMT均受年齡、性別、吸煙指數(shù)、血壓、即刻血糖、TC的影響。雙側頸動脈IMT與吸煙指數(shù)均有一定的反應關系，且左側頸動脈IMT增厚的發(fā)生風險高于右側。 結論：年齡在55歲以上納入人群，左側頸動脈IMT均大于右側，且雙側頸動脈IMT均受年齡、性別、吸煙指數(shù)、血壓、即刻血糖、TC的影響，，且吸煙指數(shù)與雙側頸動脈IMT增厚風險有關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference of intima media-thicknessIMT and the correlation between IMT and smoking index in middle and old people. Methods: the cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1818 resident residents in four districts of Luliang City Shanxi Province.
