【摘要】：急性缺血性腦卒中(Acute Ischemic Stroke,AIS)是指由于腦的供血?jiǎng)用}(頸動(dòng)脈或椎動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng))狹窄或閉塞、腦供血不足導(dǎo)致的腦組織壞死的總稱(chēng)。AIS的治療方法很多,有卒中單元、溶栓治療、抗血小板治療、抗凝治療等。但是盡快再通閉塞血管、恢復(fù)腦組織供血仍是最直接、最有效的方法。本文就AIS血管再通治療策略(靜脈溶栓、動(dòng)脈溶栓、血管內(nèi)機(jī)械取栓治療)與展望做一述評(píng)。
[Abstract]:Acute Ischemic StrokeAIS (AIS) refers to the treatment of cerebral tissue necrosis caused by cerebral insufficiency due to the stenosis or occlusion of the supplying artery (carotid artery or vertebral artery system) of the brain. There are many treatment methods for acute ischemic stroke, such as stroke unit and thrombolytic therapy. Antiplatelet therapy, anticoagulant therapy, etc. But recanalization of the occluded blood vessel as soon as possible and restoration of brain blood supply are still the most direct and effective methods. This article reviews the strategy of AIS revascularization (intravenous thrombolysis, arterial thrombolysis, endovascular mechanical thrombolysis) and its prospect.
