【摘要】：目的探究氧化應激對帕金森老年患者運動功能的影響。方法選取50例帕金森患者(實驗組)、50例身體健康者(對照組),檢測Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)不同分級患者和對照組血清微量元素以及血漿內與氧化應激相關的指標含量,包括丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH),觀察實驗組中患者的上述指標與其所處HY分級之間的關系。結果對照組血清內銅、鋅的平均含量高于實驗組,鉛含量低于實驗組;血漿內MDA平均含量低于實驗組,SOD與GSH高于實驗組;上述差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。實驗組患者中,H-Y1級8例,H-Y2級13例,H-Y3級17例,H-Y≥4級12例;患者所處Hoehn-Yahr分級與其血漿內MAD含量呈顯著正相關,與SOD、GSH含量呈顯著負相關(P0.05)。結論隨著疾病發(fā)展,帕金森病癥患者機體的抗氧化應激能力越來越差,運動障礙越嚴重。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of oxidative stress on motor function in Parkinson's elderly patients. Methods 50 patients with Parkinson's disease (experimental group, 50 healthy persons) were selected to detect serum trace elements and plasma levels related to oxidative stress in patients with different grades of Hoehn-Yahrrrhium (control group) and control group (control group). Including malondialdehyde (MDA) MDAA, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione (GSH). The relationship between the above indexes and the HY grade of the patients in the experimental group was observed. Results the average contents of copper and zinc in serum of the control group were higher than that of the experimental group, the lead content was lower than that of the experimental group, and the average content of MDA in the plasma was lower than that in the experimental group and GSH was higher than that in the experimental group.
