【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合丹紅注射液對(duì)急性腦梗死(ACI)大鼠的療效和安全性。方法:將SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為假手術(shù)組、模型組、依達(dá)拉奉組、丹紅注射液組、依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合丹紅注射液組(聯(lián)合用藥組),采用線栓法制作大鼠左側(cè)大腦中動(dòng)脈腦缺血(MCAO)模型,除假手術(shù)組外,每組按不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)(1、3、5、7d)分為4個(gè)亞組,觀察比較各組大鼠各時(shí)相的療效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)(神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分、腦組織梗死體積、腦組織含水量、腦組織形態(tài)學(xué)改變)及安全性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:與模型組比較,假手術(shù)組各項(xiàng)療效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)數(shù)值均存在顯著差異(P0.05,P0.01);與其他用藥組比較,模型組各項(xiàng)療效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及部分安全性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)數(shù)值均存在顯著差異(P0.05,P0.01);依達(dá)拉奉組與丹紅組比較,各項(xiàng)療效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及安全性指標(biāo)數(shù)值無(wú)顯著差異;各單藥組與聯(lián)合用藥組比較,各項(xiàng)療效指標(biāo)數(shù)值存在顯著性差異(P0.05),尤以聯(lián)合用藥組第5、7天差異最為顯著(P0.01)。結(jié)論:依達(dá)拉奉聯(lián)合丹紅注射液治療ACI療效優(yōu)于單用依達(dá)拉奉或丹紅注射液,且治療效果可靠安全,并且隨治療時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),對(duì)腦梗死的改善作用越明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Edaravone combined with Danhong injection in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) rats.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, Edaravone group, Dan Hong injection group and Edaravone combined with Danhong injection group.In addition to sham operation group, each group was divided into 4 subgroups according to different time points for 5 days. The evaluation indexes (neurological deficit score, cerebral infarct volume, water content of brain tissue) were observed and compared in each group.Brain histomorphology) and safety evaluation index.Results: compared with the model group, there were significant differences between the sham-operation group and the other groups.There were significant differences in the value of each curative effect evaluation index and part of safety evaluation index between the model group and the Edaravone group, but there was no significant difference between the Edaravone group and the Dan Hong group.There was significant difference between each single drug group and the combined treatment group, especially in the combined treatment group on the 7th day (P 0.01).Conclusion: Edaravone combined with Danhong injection is superior to Edaravone or Danhong injection in the treatment of ACI, and the effect of Edaravone and Danhong injection is reliable and safe, and the improvement of cerebral infarction is more obvious with the prolongation of treatment time.
