【摘要】：缺血性腦卒中是最常見的腦血管疾病，具有病死率高、復(fù)發(fā)率高等特點(diǎn)。首次卒中后患者中每年約5%~20%患者可能復(fù)發(fā)。卒中復(fù)發(fā)不僅增加治療難度，而且增加疾病致殘率、死亡率和治療費(fèi)用。因此，有效識(shí)別卒中復(fù)發(fā)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人群，對(duì)降低卒中復(fù)發(fā)率及初發(fā)卒中人群預(yù)后具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。目前而言，缺血性腦卒中相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素尚不完全清楚。但國(guó)內(nèi)外研究表明，缺血性腦卒中復(fù)發(fā)可能與年齡、性別、吸煙、高血壓等有一定相關(guān)性。缺血性腦卒中復(fù)發(fā)相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行綜述，對(duì)相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)缺血性腦卒中復(fù)發(fā)預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:Ischemic stroke is the most common cerebrovascular disease with high mortality and high recurrence rate.About 5% of the first stroke patients may recur each year.Stroke recurrence not only increases the difficulty of treatment, but also increases the rate of disability, mortality and cost of treatment.Therefore, it is of great significance to identify the population at high risk of stroke recurrence and to reduce the recurrence rate and the prognosis of the primary stroke population.At present, the risk factors associated with ischemic stroke are not fully understood.However, studies at home and abroad show that the recurrence of ischemic stroke may be associated with age, sex, smoking, hypertension and so on.The risk factors related to the recurrence of ischemic stroke were reviewed, and the predictive value of related risk factors for recurrence of ischemic stroke was expounded.
