【摘要】：正在我國卒中已成第二位致死性疾病,發(fā)病率、患病率逐年升高~[1]。人類對卒中的認識越來越深入,其中卒中后發(fā)生尿便障礙相關的研究也越來越多。卒中患者多為老年人,基礎疾病較多,卒中后可出現(xiàn)排尿中樞的損傷,情緒不穩(wěn)定,焦慮、抑郁,因病情需要或肢體癱瘓而臥床、制動,這些都是發(fā)生排尿障礙的原因。下面介紹一例卒中后反復尿潴留的病例。1病例介紹患者,男,54歲,主因"左側(cè)肢體無力6h"收入我院。
[Abstract]:The incidence and prevalence of the second fatal disease in our country have been increased year by year . The understanding of stroke is increasing and more and more . In stroke patients , there are more and more studies related to dynuria . Most of stroke patients are old , basic disease is more , stroke can lead to urinary center injury , emotional instability , anxiety , depression , cause illness need or limb paralysis to bed , brake , these are the cause of dynuria . 1 case introduces patient , male , 54 years old , main cause " left limb weakness 6h " income our hospital .
