【摘要】：目的分析15年間單中心顱內(nèi)腦膜瘤患者臨床及病理特征和治療效果。方法回顧性分析845例手術治療的腦膜瘤患者的臨床病理及預后資料,應用Kaplan-Meier法、log-rank檢驗和Cox回歸模型對性別、年齡、WHO病理級別、術前KPS評分等臨床病理特征進行單因素和多因素生存分析。結果 845例腦膜瘤患者中男235例,女610例,年齡(49.96±12.17)歲,總隨訪時間1~240個月,中位隨訪時間5.00個月。57例術后復發(fā),其中WHOⅠ級腦膜瘤復發(fā)36例(4.9%,36/732),WHOⅡ級腦膜瘤復發(fā)14例(17.1%,14/82),WHOⅢ級腦膜瘤復發(fā)7例(7/31)。WHO病理分級高和男性是腦膜瘤復發(fā)高危因素。結論 WHOⅡ和Ⅲ級腦膜瘤手術后易復發(fā),對于高�；颊咝枰扇》e極輔助治療并嚴密隨訪。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical and pathological features and therapeutic efficacy of patients with monocentric meningioma during the past 15 years. Methods the clinicopathological and prognostic data of 845 patients with intracranial meningioma treated by surgery were analyzed retrospectively, and the sex was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier 's log-rank test and Cox regression model.
