【摘要】：后部皮層萎縮(posterior cortical atrophy,PCA)是一種神經退行性癡呆,臨床表現以視知覺、視空間、讀寫能力和實踐技能進行性下降為特點。神經影像學檢查可見突出的PCA和代謝降低,最常見的病理表現是后部皮層的淀粉樣斑塊沉積和神經原纖維纏結,因此普遍認為PCA是阿爾茨海默病的一種變異型。
[Abstract]:Posterior cortical atrophy cortical atrophy is a kind of neurodegenerative dementia characterized by progressive decline in visual perception, visual space, reading and writing ability and practical skills. The most common pathological features are amyloid plaque deposition and neurofibrillary tangles in the posterior cortex, so it is generally considered that PCA is a variant of Alzheimer's disease.
