【摘要】：目的探討頭皮動態(tài)腦電圖(AEEG)在以癲癇為主要癥狀的老年顱內幕上腫瘤患者中的表現特點及臨床價值。方法選擇103例合并有癲癇癥狀的老年顱內幕上腫瘤患者臨床資料,所有患者術前至少做1次AEEG檢查,術中行皮層腦電圖(ECo G)檢查;比較兩者異常放電波形特點、異常放電的病灶位置分布。結果所有患者術中異常放電陽性率為100.00%,AEEG顯示有86例(83.50%)出現異常放電,其中ECo GⅠ型腦電波陽性率顯著低于AEEG,ECo GⅤ型腦電波陽性率顯著高于AEEG(P0.05),2種方法Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型腦電波陽性率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。術前檢查顯示額葉、顳葉、頂葉間無異常放電陽性率、非局限型放電陽性率比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),額葉局限型放電率顯著高于顳葉、頂葉(P0.05)。術中額葉廣泛性異常放電率顯著高于顳葉和頂葉,額葉局限性異常放電率顯著低于顳葉和頂葉(P0.05)。結論合并有癲癇癥狀的老年顱內幕上腫瘤患者AEEG檢查異常放電陽性率低于ECo G,但AEEG與ECo G有部分一致性,術前AEEG檢測能夠為手術方案的制定提供一定依據。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics and clinical value of scalp dynamic electroencephalogram (AEEGG) in elderly patients with supratentorial tumors with epilepsy. Methods 103 patients with intracranial supratentorial tumors with epilepsy were selected. All patients were examined with AEEG at least once before operation and Ecoelectroencephalogram (ECoG) during operation, and the characteristics of abnormal discharge waveforms were compared.
