【摘要】：近年來卒中后抑郁(PSD)越來越常見,逐漸成為影響卒中患者預(yù)后的主要因素,且PSD可增加患者的死亡風(fēng)險及病死率。PSD與患者的認(rèn)知功能、神經(jīng)功能恢復(fù)速度、患者肢體功能的恢復(fù)、日常生活能力損傷的嚴(yán)重程度、卒中后并發(fā)癥有關(guān);PSD與卒中再發(fā)率的關(guān)系,還有待進(jìn)一步研究。通過對PSD預(yù)后影響的研究,可為更好地預(yù)防和干預(yù)PSD提供指導(dǎo)意義,提高患者的預(yù)后質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, PSD (depression after stroke) is becoming more and more common, which gradually becomes the main factor that affects the prognosis of stroke patients. Moreover, PSD can increase the risk of death, mortality, cognitive function and neural function recovery rate of patients. The recovery of limb function, the severity of ADL injury, the relationship between PSDs and stroke recurrence rate need to be further studied. It can provide guidance for better prevention and intervention of PSD and improve the quality of prognosis.
