【摘要】：目的通過(guò)圖文結(jié)合的形式,詳細(xì)介紹大鼠蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血模型的制作方法及過(guò)程;改進(jìn)并創(chuàng)新模型,使其能更好的模擬臨床動(dòng)脈瘤破裂所致蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血。方法選取SD雄性大鼠,采用頸內(nèi)動(dòng)脈顱外段穿入頸內(nèi)段法,建立SD雄性大鼠蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血模型,用呼吸、瞳孔、大小便及留置纖芯解剖大鼠頭頸等方法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)觀察死亡率和臨床表現(xiàn),探討模型的可控性、可重復(fù)性。結(jié)果實(shí)現(xiàn)了刺破血管造成蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血,且纖芯到達(dá)的位置能準(zhǔn)確的刺破所需要的血管。結(jié)論此法制作模型穩(wěn)定,方法通俗易懂,操作精巧靈活,可重復(fù)性強(qiáng),理解后短時(shí)間內(nèi)就可造模成功,且成功造模所形成的蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血,能更好地模擬臨床動(dòng)脈瘤突然破裂出血,非常適用于蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血早期腦損害及其血管痙攣的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the method and process of making rat model of subarachnoid hemorrhage, and to improve and innovate the model. Methods Sprague-Dawley male rats were used to establish the model of subarachnoid hemorrhage in male SD rats by penetrating the extracranial segment of the internal carotid artery into the internal segment of the neck, and breathing and pupillary were used to establish the model of subarachnoid hemorrhage in SD male rats. By observing the mortality and clinical manifestations of the model, the controllability and repeatability of the model were discussed. Results Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by puncture of blood vessels was achieved. And the position reached by the core can accurately puncture the needed blood vessels. Conclusion the model of this method is stable, the method is easy to understand, the operation is clever and flexible, the repeatability is strong, and the model can be made successfully in a short time after understanding. The subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by successful modeling can better simulate the sudden rupture and hemorrhage of clinical aneurysms, which is very suitable for the study of cerebral damage and vasospasm in the early stage of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
