【摘要】：孤兒藥是指用于治療、預防或診斷某種罕見病的藥物或疫苗。孤兒藥因其受眾較小,藥物的注冊和研發(fā)常有相應的扶持政策。皮膚罕見病種類眾多,本文選取了皮膚科感染性皮膚病、代謝性皮膚病、自身免疫性皮膚病及遺傳性皮膚病中的數(shù)種代表性疾病,并針對疾病的發(fā)病機制、治療藥物和治療機制進行綜述,以期能提高對皮膚科罕見病及孤兒藥的認識。
[Abstract]:Orphan drugs are drugs or vaccines used to treat, prevent, or diagnose a rare disease. Orphan drugs because of their small audience, drug registration and research and development often have corresponding support policies. There are many kinds of skin infective dermatosis, metabolic dermatosis, autoimmune dermatosis and hereditary dermatosis, and aim at the pathogenesis of the disease, in this paper, we select several representative diseases in dermatology, including infectious dermatosis, metabolic dermatosis, autoimmune dermatosis and hereditary dermatosis. The therapeutic drugs and therapeutic mechanisms were reviewed in order to improve the understanding of dermatological rare diseases and orphan drugs.
