【摘要】：正患者男,33歲。因腰部酸痛、僵硬,肘關(guān)節(jié)及頸椎關(guān)節(jié)紅腫4個(gè)月;周身紅斑,伴褐色痂、脫屑及瘙癢2個(gè)月就診。患者4個(gè)月前無(wú)明顯誘因,自覺腰部酸痛、僵硬,不久發(fā)現(xiàn)肘關(guān)節(jié)及頸椎關(guān)節(jié)紅腫,且屈伸困難,同時(shí)上舉及下蹲活動(dòng)受限,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,考慮為"關(guān)節(jié)炎",給予抗風(fēng)濕類藥物治療,未見明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。2個(gè)月前無(wú)明顯誘因先于背部出現(xiàn)片狀紅斑,其上可見鱗屑,并且皮損迅速播散至頭皮、軀干及四肢,伴瘙癢加重,自服抗組胺藥物,無(wú)效果,同時(shí)上述皮損出現(xiàn)較
[Abstract]:Positive patient, 33 years old. Due to the pain of the waist, the stiffness, the joint of the elbow and the cervical spine were red and swollen for 4 months, and the erythema of the body was accompanied by brown hair, desquamation and itching for 2 months. The patient had no obvious cause before 4 months, and the pain and stiffness of the waist and the joint of the elbow joint and the cervical vertebra were found to be red and swollen, and the flexion and extension was difficult. At the same time, the upper and lower squatting activities were limited, and the treatment was taken at the local hospital, and the treatment of the anti-rheumatic drugs was given in consideration of the "arthritis". No improvement in the skin was seen. There was no obvious cause before 2 months prior to the appearance of a sheet of erythema on the back, which was found to be scaly, and the lesions spread rapidly to the scalp, the trunk and the limbs, and the skin and the skin became more and more itchy, and the anti-histamines were taken out of the skin, and no effect was achieved. At the same time, the above-mentioned lesions appeared.
