【摘要】：目的:探討銀屑膠囊聯(lián)合復(fù)方氟米松軟膏治療尋常型銀屑病的臨床效果及安全性。方法:將66例尋常型銀屑病患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各33例。兩組患者均局部外用復(fù)方氟米松軟膏適量,bid;在此基礎(chǔ)上,觀察組患者加服銀屑膠囊,每次1.35 g,tid。兩組均治療8周。比較兩組患者治療前后的銀屑病皮損面積和嚴(yán)重程度指數(shù)(PASI)評(píng)分、皮膚病生活質(zhì)量指數(shù)(DLQI)評(píng)分、血清炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平,觀察其臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:治療后,兩組患者PASI評(píng)分與DLQI評(píng)分均較治療前明顯降低,且觀察組患者明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者的有效率(84.85%)明顯高于對(duì)照組(63.64%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF水平均較治療前明顯降低,且觀察組患者明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:銀屑膠囊治療尋常型銀屑病可通過降低患者血清IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF等炎癥細(xì)胞因子水平發(fā)揮確切的療效,且安全性較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect and safety of Yinshi capsule combined with compound flumisone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 66 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into control group (n = 33) and observation group (n = 33). The patients in both groups were treated with compound flumisone ointment with proper amount, and the patients in the observation group were given silver chip capsule at a dose of 1.35 g / d on the basis of bid;. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The area and severity of psoriasis before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The (PASI) score, the (DLQI) score of skin disease quality of life index and the level of serum inflammatory cytokines were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results: after treatment, the PASI score and DLQI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The effective rate of the observation group (84.85%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.64%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The serum levels of IL-8,TNF- 偽 and VEGF in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of serum IL-8,TNF- 偽 and VEGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: Yinfeng capsule can play an effective role in treating psoriasis vulgaris by lowering the levels of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-8,TNF- 偽, VEGF and so on.
