【摘要】：報(bào)告1例淺表性肢端纖維黏液瘤。患者男,49歲。左手中指結(jié)節(jié)半年。皮膚科檢查:左手中指末端指指關(guān)節(jié)掌側(cè)一約綠豆大淡紅色結(jié)節(jié),表面較光滑,觸之偶有疼痛。皮損組織病理檢查:真皮內(nèi)見結(jié)節(jié)狀梭形細(xì)胞及星狀細(xì)胞增生,間質(zhì)疏松、水腫,可見肥大細(xì)胞,阿辛藍(lán)染色陽性。免疫組化示:波形蛋白(vimentin)陽性,上皮膜抗原(EMA)及CD34局灶陽性。診斷為淺表性肢端纖維黏液瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of superficial fibrous myxoma of extremity was reported. The patient was 49 years old. Middle finger nodule in left hand for half a year. Dermatology examination: a large reddish mung bean node on the palmar side of the distal phalangeal joint of the middle finger of the left hand, with smooth surface and occasional pain. Histopathological examination: nodular spindle cells and stellate cells were seen in dermis, interstitial looseness, edema, mast cells and positive staining of acinyl blue. Immunohistochemical staining showed that vimentin (vimentin) was positive, epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) and CD34 were positive. Superficial fibrous myxoma of extremity was diagnosed.
