【摘要】：目的：通過(guò)對(duì)膽草洗劑和重組人α-2b干擾素凝膠治療尖銳濕疣的臨床療效研究,觀察患者復(fù)發(fā)情況,以判斷膽草洗劑的臨床療效,探討其防治尖銳濕疣復(fù)發(fā)的作用機(jī)制。 方法：將70例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的門診尖銳濕疣患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各35例。入選病例均在常規(guī)消毒局麻下行CO2激光術(shù),將疣體一次性燒灼去除,局部外擦紅霉素眼膏以防感染；治療組給予重組人α-2b干擾素凝膠和膽草洗劑外用,對(duì)照組給予重組人α-2b干擾素凝膠。治療組和對(duì)照組均30天為一個(gè)療程,觀察兩組患者治療前、后局部皮損的復(fù)發(fā)情況。 結(jié)果：治療組比對(duì)照組顯著降低尖銳濕疣患者復(fù)發(fā)率(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：膽草洗劑聯(lián)合重組人α-2b干擾素凝膠明顯的減少了尖銳濕疣的復(fù)發(fā),其療效優(yōu)于單獨(dú)應(yīng)用重組人α-2b干擾素凝膠。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Dancao lotion and recombinant human 偽 -2b interferon gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum (CA), to observe the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum, to judge the clinical effect of Dancao lotion, and to explore its mechanism of preventing and treating the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 70 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with CO2 laser under routine disinfection and local anesthesia, the warts were removed by one time cauterization, and erythromycin ophthalmic ointment was used locally to prevent infection, and the treatment group was given recombinant human 偽 -2b interferon gel and gall grass lotion for external use. The control group was treated with recombinant human 偽-2b interferon gel. Treatment group and control group 30 days as a course of treatment, observe the recurrence of local lesions before and after treatment in both groups. Results: the recurrence rate of condyloma acuminatum in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the combination of Dancao lotion and recombinant human 偽 -2b interferon gel can obviously reduce the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum, and its curative effect is better than that of recombinant human 偽 -2b interferon gel alone.
