【摘要】：目的了解并評價中西醫(yī)結合治療白癜風的臨床應用價值,為研治白癜風有效的治療方法提供循證依據。方法檢索國內外數據庫,收集中西醫(yī)結合治療白癜風的相關文獻,并選取符合條件的文獻,運用Review Manager 5.1軟件進行Meta分析。結果 (1)共納入中文文獻8篇,其中,A級文獻5篇,B級文獻3篇,共計患者851例,其中干預組514例,對照組337例;(2)采用隨機效應模型進行Meta分析,結果顯示中西醫(yī)結合治療白癜風比單純西醫(yī)治療的有效率更高(RR=1.14,RR 95%CI=1.06~1.24),兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(Z=3.41,P=0.0007),漏斗圖基本對稱,文獻無發(fā)表偏倚;(3)治療白癜風所采用的西藥主要為他克莫司軟膏或左旋咪唑片、微量元素和維生素三聯劑,所采用的中藥制劑主要有桃仁、當歸、紅花、黃芪、白蒺藜、川芎、赤芍、紫草、烏賊骨、紫河車、墨旱蓮和補骨脂。結論中西醫(yī)結合治療可有效提高白癜風的療效,使用頻數較高的藥物,為尋找白癜風有效的治療方法提供了循證依據。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand and evaluate the clinical application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of vitiligo, and to provide evidence-based basis for the effective treatment of vitiligo. Methods to search the database at home and abroad, collect the related literature on the treatment of vitiligo with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and select the qualified literature, and use Review Manager 5.1 software to carry out Meta analysis. Results (1) eight Chinese literatures were included, of which 5 were of Grade A and 3 of Grade B, including 514 in intervention group and 337 in control group. (2) Meta analysis was performed with random effect model. The results showed that the effective rate of treatment of vitiligo by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was higher (RR=1.14,RR 95%CI=1.06~1.24) than that of western medicine alone. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (ZH3.41PU 0.0007), the funnel graph was basically symmetrical. (3) the main western medicine used in the treatment of vitiligo was tacrolimus ointment or levamisole tablet, trace elements and vitamins, and the traditional Chinese medicine preparations were mainly peach kernel, Angelica sinensis, safflower, astragalus, Tribulus terrestris, Ligusticum chuanxiong. Radix Paeoniae rubra, purple grass, squid bone, purple river car, mauve and psoralen. Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the curative effect of vitiligo and provide evidence-based basis for seeking effective treatment for vitiligo.
