【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者男,74歲。因額部、頭皮部浸潤性暗紅斑2個月余于2013年2月22日入院。2個月前,患者無明顯誘因額部出現(xiàn)2 cm×1cm暗紅色斑塊,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院診斷為"老年性血管肉瘤"。當(dāng)時未予特殊處理。因皮疹持續(xù)增多并增大,遂轉(zhuǎn)來我科門診收治。既往有原發(fā)性高血壓病史,無其他疾病史。家族中無類似疾病史。體格檢查:系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。皮膚科檢查:額部(圖1A)、頭皮部見大片浸潤性暗紅色斑塊,表面凹凸不平,散在糜爛及潰瘍面,其上覆較厚血痂,左耳前、
[Abstract]:Male, 74 years old. The infiltrating dark erythema of the forehead and scalp was admitted on February 22, 2013. Two months ago, 2 cm 脳 1cm dark red plaques appeared in the frontal region without obvious inducement. The patient was diagnosed as "senile angiosarcoma" in the local hospital. No special treatment was given at that time. As the rash continued to increase and increase, I then transferred to the Department of outpatient treatment. Previous history of essential hypertension, no history of other diseases. There is no history of similar diseases in the family. Physical examination: there is no abnormality in system examination.
