【摘要】：目的:本研究的目的是為了評(píng)估慢性自發(fā)性蕁麻疹(CSU)患者血清中GRP的水平與疾病的活動(dòng)程度及瘙癢程度的相關(guān)性。方法:連續(xù)收集2016年6月至2016年12月就診于山大一院皮膚科的慢性自發(fā)性蕁麻疹患者61例。隨機(jī)抽取同期在我院健康體檢人群59例。所有患者符合納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。根據(jù)UAS7表評(píng)估患者的活動(dòng)程度,VAS評(píng)估患者的瘙癢程度,并通過(guò)CU-Q2oL表評(píng)估患者的生活質(zhì)量,采用ELISA法檢測(cè)所有標(biāo)本中GRP含量,并通過(guò)SPSS 22.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到CSU患者血清中GRP水平與疾病活動(dòng)程度以及瘙癢的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:CSU患者血清中GRP水平為16.30±10.79pg/ml,健康對(duì)照組為8.41±1.89pg/ml,CSU患者GRP水平高于健康對(duì)照組(P0.05)。GRP的含量與患者病情活動(dòng)程度得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.361,P=0.004)。GRP含量與患者瘙癢程度得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.344,P=0.007)。GRP的含量與患者生活質(zhì)量得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.562,P0.001)。每日瘙癢時(shí)間各組之間具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:GRP在CSU患者外周血中表達(dá)水平升高,并與活動(dòng)程度得分、瘙癢得分、每日瘙癢持續(xù)時(shí)間和生活質(zhì)量得分呈正相關(guān),表明GRP可能與CSU的發(fā)病過(guò)程相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the correlation between the level of serum GRP and the degree of disease activity and pruritus in patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). Methods: 61 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria were collected from June 2016 to December 2016. A total of 59 healthy persons in our hospital were randomly selected at the same time. All patients meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The degree of pruritus was evaluated by UAS7, and the quality of life was evaluated by CU-Q2oL. The content of GRP in all samples was detected by ELISA method, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software. The correlation between the level of serum GRP and the degree of disease activity and pruritus in patients with CSU was obtained. Results the level of GRP was 16.30 鹵10.79pg / ml in the control group and 8.41 鹵1.89pg / ml in the healthy control group. The level of GRP was positively correlated with the degree of disease activity (P 0.05). The level of GRP was positively correlated with the degree of pruritus score (r 0.344P0. 007) .GRP content was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the level of GRP and the degree of pruritus (r 0.344P0. 007) .GRP content was positively correlated with the patient's disease activity score (r = 0.361P0. 004). There was a positive correlation between the quantity and the quality of life score (r = 0.562, P 0.001). The time of daily pruritus was statistically different among groups (P0.05). Conclusion the level of the expression of GRP in peripheral blood of patients with CSU was increased, and it was positively correlated with the score of activity degree, the score of pruritus, the duration of pruritus daily and the score of quality of life, indicating that GRP may be related to the pathogenesis of CSU.
