【摘要】：目的探討鈣化上皮瘤的臨床和病理常見診斷特點。方法收集該院確診并已手術治療的30例鈣化上皮瘤病例,對其臨床特征、病理特征進行回顧性研究。結果患者病理特征主要表現(xiàn):腫瘤主要由(嗜堿性細胞)基底樣細胞和影子細胞混雜構成,可合并骨化及鈣化,手術切除后無復發(fā)。結論鈣化上皮瘤病理特征多樣,需結合腫瘤的生長時間、部位和影像學檢查做出正確的病理診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical and pathological features of calcified epithelioma. Methods the clinical and pathological features of 30 cases of calcified epithelioma diagnosed and surgically treated in our hospital were retrospectively studied. Results the pathological features of the patients were as follows: the tumor was mainly composed of basophilic basal cells and shadow cells, which could be combined with ossification and calcification and had no recurrence after resection. Conclusion the pathological features of calcified epithelioma are various. It is necessary to make a correct pathological diagnosis by combining the growth time, location and imaging examination of the tumor.
