【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,男性,54歲,主因后腰部腫塊25年,進(jìn)行性增大2年入院�；颊呔売�25年前發(fā)現(xiàn)后腰部一腫塊,約11 cm×9 cm,無疼痛等不適,未治療;近2年腫物進(jìn)行性增大,現(xiàn)約30 cm×20 cm,伴疼痛、酸脹感,影響患者日常生活。查體:后腰部可見一約30 cm×20 cm大小腫塊,局部青紫色改變,無皮膚潰破,局部可觸及波動(dòng)感,伴觸痛(見圖1)。核磁共
[Abstract]:The patient was 54 years old, mainly due to 25 years of posterior lumbar mass and 2 years of progressive enlargement. The patient was discovered 25 years ago as a mass at the back of the waist, about 11 cm 脳 9 cm, with no discomfort, such as pain, and untreated. In the last 2 years, the tumor increased gradually and is now about 30 cm 脳 20 cm, with pain and acidness, which affects the daily life of the patients. Body examination: there was a 30 cm 脳 20 cm mass at the back of the waist, with local blue color change, no skin burst, local touch and fluctuation, and tenderness (see Fig. 1).
