【摘要】：白癜風(fēng)是一種常見的色素脫失性疾病,以皮膚或黏膜色素減退為特征。依據(jù)歐洲、日本、沙特阿拉伯、中國的診療指南,對(duì)白癜風(fēng)患者進(jìn)行分期、分型、分部位論證,其治療方法主要有外用激素、鈣調(diào)磷酸酶抑制劑、光療和手術(shù)移植等。白癜風(fēng)的治療仍是一大難題,目前認(rèn)為聯(lián)合療法治療白癜風(fēng)最為有效。
[Abstract]:Vitiligo is a common depigmentation disease characterized by hypopigmentation of skin or mucous membrane. According to the guidelines of diagnosis and treatment in Europe, Japan, Saudi Arabia and China, the patients with vitiligo were divided into stages, types and parts. The main treatment methods were hormone, calmodulin inhibitor, phototherapy and surgical transplantation. The treatment of vitiligo is still a difficult problem, and it is considered that combination therapy is the most effective treatment for vitiligo.
