【摘要】：目的:探討丁酸氫化可的松乳膏聯(lián)合除濕止癢軟膏治療新生兒濕疹療效及安全性。方法:將2011年6月~2013年6月該院皮膚科門診就診新生兒濕疹患兒80例按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組40例,治療組給予丁酸氫化可的松乳膏聯(lián)合除濕止癢軟膏,兩種藥物按1∶1混勻后外涂,2次/天;對(duì)照組單用丁酸氫化可的松乳膏外涂,2次/天。兩組療程均為1周。觀察兩組治療1周后的療效和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:兩組總的有效率為72.5%,其中治療組的有效率為85.0%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的有效率60.0%,治療組和對(duì)照組有效率之間的差別具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療組的復(fù)發(fā)率為17.5%明顯低于對(duì)照組的復(fù)發(fā)率37.5%,兩組復(fù)發(fā)率之間的差別具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.013,P0.05)。結(jié)論:丁酸氫化可的松乳膏聯(lián)合除濕止癢軟膏比單用丁酸氫化可的松乳膏治療新生兒濕疹療效顯著,且安全性好,復(fù)發(fā)率低。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with dehumidification and itching ointment in the treatment of neonatal eczema. Methods: from June 2011 to June 2013, 80 neonates with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The treatment group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with dehumidification and itching ointment. The two drugs were mixed at 1:1 and then applied twice a day, while those in the control group were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream twice a day. The course of treatment was 1 week in both groups. To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups after 1 week treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the two groups was 72.5. The effective rate of the treatment group was 85.0, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.05), and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (17.5%). The recurrence rate was 37.5% in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (蠂 2 / 4.013 P 0.05). Conclusion: hydrocortisone butyrate cream combined with dehumidification and itching ointment is more effective than hydrocortisone butyrate cream alone in the treatment of neonatal eczema.
