【摘要】：正細(xì)胞性藍(lán)痣(cellular blue nevus,CBN)是一種后天性真皮或皮下色素性腫瘤,細(xì)胞豐富,常呈膨脹性生長。CBN是一種良性病變,但有報道典型良性的CBN引流區(qū)域淋巴結(jié)被膜上可見痣細(xì)胞團,而在淋巴結(jié)實質(zhì)中極其罕見痣細(xì)胞團,瘤細(xì)胞在淋巴結(jié)中的這種定位仍被認(rèn)為屬于良性而非惡性生物學(xué)行為!1-3]。本文報道1例CBN伴淋巴結(jié)累及,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻進一步論述其臨床病理學(xué)特征、診斷及鑒別診斷。1材料與方法1.1臨床資料患者男性,22歲。因右側(cè)大腿根
