【摘要】：目的提高臨床醫(yī)生對成人型色素性蕁麻疹的臨床及組織病理特點的認(rèn)識。方法回顧性分析2010年3月-2012年12月中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院皮膚病研究診治的8例成人型色素性蕁麻疹患者的臨床資料和組織病理學(xué)檢查結(jié)果。結(jié)果皮損多表現(xiàn)為軀干、近端四肢圓形或類圓形的色素性斑丘疹,頭面部基本不受累,掌跖部受累少見,Darier’s征均陽性,皮疹自出現(xiàn)后未見消退。組織病理學(xué)檢查示:真皮內(nèi)可見肥大細(xì)胞不同程度浸潤,Giemsa染色陽性。均無皮膚以外的癥狀體征。結(jié)論根據(jù)典型的皮損特點及病理表現(xiàn)可診斷成人型色素性蕁麻疹。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the clinical and histopathological features of adult pigmented urticaria. Methods Clinical data and histopathological findings of 8 adult patients with pigmented urticaria from March 2010 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results most of the lesions were torso, the proximal extremities were round or round pigmented macular papules, the head and face were not involved, the palmar and metatarsal lesions were rarely positive, and the rash had not disappeared since the appearance of the skin rash. Histopathological examination showed that mast cells were positive for Giemsa staining in dermis. There were no symptoms and signs outside the skin. Conclusion Adult pigmented urticaria can be diagnosed according to the typical lesions and pathological features.
