【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)0.03%他克莫司軟膏治療女童外陰硬化性苔蘚(LS)的療效及安全性。方法 24例女童局部外用0.03%他克莫司軟膏每日2次,連續(xù)4周,再每晚1次,連續(xù)12周,總療程16周。每4周隨訪1次,記錄癥狀和皮損變化。療程結(jié)束后第3、6個(gè)月隨訪,記錄復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果 95.83%的女童對(duì)治療有應(yīng)答,療程16周時(shí)的完全緩解率高于療程8周時(shí);病程短于1年的女童療效高于病程超過1年的;停藥后6個(gè)月的復(fù)發(fā)率高于停藥3個(gè)月時(shí)。結(jié)論 0.03%他克莫司軟膏治療女童外陰硬化性苔蘚安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.03% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vulva lichen sclerosus in girls. Methods 24 girls were treated with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment twice a day for 4 weeks and once every night for 12 weeks. The total course of treatment was 16 weeks. The patients were followed up every 4 weeks to record the changes of symptoms and lesions. The recurrence was recorded at 3 and 6 months after the end of the course of treatment. Results 95.83% of the girls responded to the treatment, the complete remission rate at 16 weeks of treatment was higher than that at 8 weeks, the curative effect of girls with a course of less than 1 year was higher than that of more than 1 year, and the recurrence rate at 6 months after withdrawal was higher than that at 3 months after withdrawal. Conclusion 0.03% tacrolimus ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus in girls.
