【摘要】：目的:研究及闡釋?xiě)魤m螨s Ig E與IL-4水平在CU患者血清中的存在情況及相關(guān)性。方法:病例組41例,選自2012至2014年期間因軀干、面部、四肢散在蠶豆至雞蛋大小不等的風(fēng)團(tuán)伴瘙癢,且總發(fā)病時(shí)間反復(fù)超過(guò)6禮拜,每周發(fā)作次數(shù)不小于2次,每次發(fā)病時(shí)皮疹可在1天以內(nèi)消退不留痕跡,就診于山大一院皮膚性病科門(mén)診,根據(jù)病史及臨床表現(xiàn)診斷為慢性蕁麻疹,年齡≥12周歲,對(duì)以上患者行Allergy Screen免疫印跡法檢測(cè)后報(bào)告單示對(duì)戶塵螨過(guò)敏;健康組35例,有嚴(yán)重心、肝、腎臟疾患的人群以及懷孕期、哺乳期婦女不作為入選對(duì)象,所有病例組與健康組人群都沒(méi)有在30天內(nèi)使用過(guò)激素、免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑等。戶塵螨特異性Ig E水平的測(cè)定采用Allergy Screen(敏篩)免疫印跡法,IL-4水平的測(cè)定采用ABC-ELISA法,實(shí)驗(yàn)所得資料使用SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,以t檢驗(yàn)比較二組定量資料,以Pearson相關(guān)分析比較指標(biāo)間的相關(guān)性,以α等于0.05為檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)。結(jié)果:CU組(慢性蕁麻疹患者)血清中的戶塵螨s Ig E含量和IL-4指標(biāo)都顯著高表達(dá)于健康人群組,二者之間的差異在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上具有意義(P0.05);CU患者血清中戶塵螨s Ig E與IL-4指標(biāo)無(wú)顯著相關(guān)性(r為0.171,P0.05)。結(jié)論:戶塵螨s Ig E、IL-4水平與CU的發(fā)病有關(guān);CU病人血清中Ig E存在情況的干擾元素眾多。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and elucidate the existence and correlation of s Ig E and IL-4 levels in serum of patients with CU. Methods: 41 cases were selected from 2012 to 2014 with itching due to wind mass of different sizes of broad beans and eggs, and the total onset time was more than 6 weeks, and the number of episodes per week was not less than 2 times. Each time the rash disappeared within one day without leaving any trace. It was diagnosed as chronic urticaria according to its history and clinical manifestations, aged more than 12 years, at the Department of Dermatology and venereal Diseases, first Hospital of Shandong University. The Allergy Screen Western blotting test showed that the above patients were allergic to dust mites, 35 healthy people with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases, and pregnant and lactating women were not included in the study. No hormone or immunomodulator was used within 30 days in all patients and healthy subjects. The specific IgE level of dust mites was determined by Allergy screen Western blotting method and IL-4 level was determined by ABC-ELISA method. The experimental data were statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 software, and the quantitative data of two groups were compared with t test. Using Pearson correlation analysis to compare the correlation between the indicators, 偽 = 0. 05 as the test level. Results the s Ig E content and IL-4 index of dust mites in the serum of the patients with chronic urticaria were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was no significant correlation between s Ig E and IL-4 in patients with P0.05 or CU. Conclusion: the level of sig Ehl 4 is related to the occurrence of CU. There are many interfering elements of IgE in serum of patients with CU.
